When it is green, dribble the ball towards the finish, it stays right at your feet. When it turns red, freeze, you and the ball both still together. Move on red and it is back to the start, no bother, just have another go. Use the arrow keys to run, little taps rather than holding one down, or the ball gets away and you will need to fetch it.
